We’re Antonia Cetin and Jessica Onuoha, experienced French as a second language teachers and curriculum coaches. Combined we have taught from Kindergarten to Grade 10 in French as a second language in various Ontario programs. We are convinced that decodable text written at students’ language learning level can help students to read fluidly, pronounce the words they are reading correctly, and understand what they are reading. And, we’re here to share our DécodeHabile grapheme-phoneme progression conceived specially for FSL learners, our progressive series of lessons for each new phoneme-grapheme combination introducing truly decodable text, and or truly decodable stories written to correspond to these series. We are proudly Canadian!
